What you will do when you join the team
Develop HAECHI AUDIT’s go-to-market strategy and own the execution process.
Plan multiple marketing campaigns to increase the number of inbound leads.
Set up outbound sales strategy and sales playbook to achieve target goals.
Figure out core partners including main-net, VCs, crypto exchanges, and law firms. Gain potential customers and discover new business opportunities.
Define key metrics for marketing, sales, and customer success. Measure and improve those metrics.
Hire the best talents for each function and align the team with a vision and objective to achieve the goals.
Discover new business opportunities and experiment with newly developed hypotheses about the market.
Who you are
Someone with experience having scaled business revenue, with sales/business development/marketing acumen.
Someone who can provide in-depth insight, suggest operation plans, and lead the team as a leader, not just a manager.
Someone with a strategic mindset and grit to drive new initiatives to scale the business.
It’s nice if you have
Experience in a startup, ideally having accelerated revenue from $1m to over $10m
Experience in hiring and leading people to achieve relevant business goals
Experiences in closing star accounts or developing business opportunities with key partners
Experiences in developing sales strategy, playbook, compensation plan, etc.
Experiences in web3 or security industries
